The Angels remind us to shore up our defenses, for they will be needed one day. Eat good foods, focus on healthy and regular self care, exercise, let loved ones know they’re important, do creative work, be lazy sometimes, so that when the time comes that our reserves are rocked to the core, a foundation of love and support is already in place.
The Angels remind us that space must open in order for the energy of our dreams to become manifest. Therefore, sometimes we have to be still and patient for a time, no matter how much we want to be doing something else. In our waiting, we are holding space for the new.
The Angels remind us that there is more urgency than ever before for each of us to go within, do our own work, and stop looking to the world for answers. Only within ourselves do we find the peace, love, and truth we keep seeking from outside sources.
The will is deep
Yet the soul is deeper,
Guiding us from the innermost level
If we allow,
If we get out of our own way,
If we permit the true nature of our being
To be our compass in the dark,
Fumbling our way through with light ahead,
Not at the end of some tunnel
But from inside,
From our deepest places of knowing
Where all our answers reside,
Where will is broken open
So that the soul may take her rightful place
As master of our light, our love
The Angels remind us that only that which supports life is sacred and holy — life not as in simply being alive but in actually living.
The Angels remind us that righteous anger can propel us to action; rage can incite an energy that creates more harm than good. In this current world environment, we may be careful that our outrage and actions are well-suited to support change, rather than more hatred and anger.
The Angels remind us that everything happens in due time. If we rush it, it may still happen, or it may be forced into a direction we don’t really need to go. Likewise, when we feel the urge for action, we should pay attention to that as well. For both patience and action, there is a time.
