The Angels remind us that the light is no greater than the darkness. Each is within us, part of us, at all times. It’s our expression of each that makes the greatest difference.
The Angels remind us that the energy of creation is always flowing within us, through us, and around us. We can work to open ourselves more fully to this flow, so that we become a part of creation itself, and in turn find greater connection to our true selves.
The Angels remind us that eliminating external discomforts rarely results in long-term happiness. Rather, building internal resilience skills allows us to better navigate through discomfort, which naturally opens us up to more joy.
The Angels remind us to be open to the past—even that of which we don’t have conscious memory—and allow it be a guide to navigating current issues, as well as future peace and joy.
The sun seems not to play a role
In the fierce heat of the later day
In her dawning, she is light and free
Yet in her fullness
Her intensity sets fire to all she touches
Igniting passions to rise
And in the evening
The sun mercifully gives way to sister moon,
Her mystical softness hanging in the nighttime sky
Cooling down the tensions risen in the day
Turning passions into prayers
Heat into humble admiration
For the gifts of dark and light
