The Angels remind us to mindfully weigh our options before jumping ahead. The heart often has great wisdom to share, yet the mind has a tendency to move forward without taking the heart’s contributions into account.
The Angels remind us that healing is a process of listening and honoring: to our bodies, minds, spirits, and especially our wounds. These experiences brought us to where we are today, and by listening and honoring, we allow them to find closure in their lifelong commitment to love and protect us.
The ghosts, they come and go
Lingering in the darkness of a crowded mind
Moving in and out, wispy and ethereal,
Making space for their meanderings
Between the walls of untrained thoughts
And loose-lipped whispers
Whispers of the past
Harbingers of a future yet unseen
These ghosts, they dominate the mind
When the mind dwells in past affairs
Swirling in and through the soul,
Making present lives but a hazy dream
These ghosts, they are but fiction,
A fragment of a dream already dreamt
No amount of clinging will bring them back
Or make them real again
These ghosts, just let them be

The Angels remind us to clear our minds so we can clear our hearts. A cluttered mind makes it difficult to enjoy heartfelt connections or to relax and enjoy life. Breathe, meditate, pray, rest….whatever sets the mind at ease.
The Angels want us to trust what is coming from the heart. Inner guidance resides in the heart center. They ask that we put aside the process of thinking so much and allow the heart to speak. Listen to its wisdom, then let the mind carry out the heart’s desires. The mind is the vehicle, while the heart is the North Star.
The Angels want us to ask ourselves the question…”What do the Angels want me to know?” And then listen. From the heart and without the mind chatter. The answer might be as surprising as the process to get there.
If we’re committed to growth, then we’re always doing work. It’s a constant evolution of body, mind, & soul, perfectly attuned to the changes around us. In what areas of your life do you need to resume your work?
